There are many services, both private and public, which can provide assistance and help of those struggling with addiciton or substance abuse. It is important if you are struggling, to gain the courage to ask for help. There is no shame in reaching out… there are lots of support out there.

Another extremely useful service is ‘National Alcohol and other Drug Hotline’. This is a 24/7 hotline, thus, anyone can reach out at any time in the case of emergency or in need of URGENT help. You can call on, 1800 250 015.
