Hey Everyone!

Welcome to the Trauma and Dissociation Forum, it would be great if this could be a space for you to share your stories or even just to vent. It's really normal for people to find it difficult to talk about their traumatic experiences, and instead we often end up bottling them up. Talking about it is an important step to take in the recovery process, and we are all here to listen.

A reminder to please be mindful of the thoughts and feelings of other users, comments aimed at being hurtful or putting others down will not be tolerated. Everyone has their own personal experiences and perspectives, so please ensure that conversations are respectful and considerate.
