When you have ADHD, sometimes all you can do is laugh at your brain as it tries to navigate a neurotypical world. What better way to do this than with memes! Science has shown that looking at relatable memes can help us cope through difficult times and feel less alone (isn’t science amazing). Plus, this gives me a great excuse to share the mountain of memes I have collected.
